🔸 Key Responsibilities:    
Handling employee grievances and maintaining a healthy work environment    
Payroll processing and attendance management    
Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)    
Conducting performance reviews and appraisals    
Maintaining employee records and documentation    
Assisting with HR strategy and policy development    
🔸 Requirements:    
Proven experience in HR (2–8 years)    
Strong interpersonal and communication skills    
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office    
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices    
Ability to work independently and in a team    
Male candidates preferred due to field-work-related responsibilities
