Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach:
Identify potential clients and initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospective clients and senior team members.
Email Campaigns:
Write and send structured outreach emails, track responses, and maintain lead engagement.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, meeting statuses, and contact outcomes in CRM or lead tracking tools.
Pipeline Support:
Collaborate with the business development team to ensure leads move through the funnel efficiently.
Reporting:
Share daily/weekly updates on lead generation, calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident telephone manner and persuasion skills
Ability to write professional, engaging cold emails
Time management and multitasking ability
CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel-based tracking)
Basic understanding of sales funnels and client behavior
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation preferred
Fluency in English (additional regional language is a plus)
