Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach:
    Identify potential clients and initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospective clients and senior team members.
  • Email Campaigns:
    Write and send structured outreach emails, track responses, and maintain lead engagement.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, meeting statuses, and contact outcomes in CRM or lead tracking tools.
  • Pipeline Support:
    Collaborate with the business development team to ensure leads move through the funnel efficiently.
  • Reporting:
    Share daily/weekly updates on lead generation, calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
  • Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident telephone manner and persuasion skills
  • Ability to write professional, engaging cold emails
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel-based tracking)
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and client behavior
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation preferred
  • Fluency in English (additional regional language is a plus)
